A note caught on your Mac is on your iPhone before you look up — and the other way around. It travels through your own iCloud, privately, with nothing to set up and nothing to run.

Yes — Snib is offline-first. Capture with no signal at all; your note is saved on the device immediately and syncs the moment you’re back online.

Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive turned on, and that each has been online at least once since your last edit. Nothing is lost in between — offline changes wait safely on the device and travel when the connection returns.

Everything is free for 14 days. After that, one plan covers every device: $3.99 a month or $39.99 a year.

Yes. A single subscription unlocks Snib on your Mac and your iPhone together — you’re never asked to pay twice for the same notes.

Snib’s subscription is billed through your Apple account, so you can cancel any time from Subscriptions in Settings on iPhone, or the App Store on Mac. You keep full access until the period you’ve paid for ends.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — and if something went wrong, email us too so we can help make it right.

Yes. When a note deserves readers, publish it to a clean, shareable page in one click — no layout to fuss over, no account for your reader.

Only people with the link. A published note isn’t listed or searchable from Snib, and you can take it back down whenever you like.

Your writing lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud — it doesn’t sit on our servers for us to read. Only the notes you deliberately choose to publish ever leave your control.

Quietly, and only when you ask. Speak a note and it becomes text on your device; Apple’s Writing Tools — proofread, rewrite, summarise — are built into the editor, running on your device or Apple’s private cloud, never on our servers. Nothing trains on your writing, there’s no AI tier to pay for, and none of it ever interrupts: if you don’t invoke it, it isn’t there.

First, make sure macOS or iOS is up to date, then quit and reopen Snib. Reinstalling is safe — your notes are files on your disk, so they’re all still there when Snib comes back.

Search from inside Snib, or open your notes folder in Finder or Files and look there — nothing is deleted behind your back. If you caught it on another device, give iCloud a moment to bring it across.
